Reg: How to extract data from xml file and how to handle insert/update to stagging table.

Hi SSis's,

I want to create a package which should extract data from xmlfile and load into stagging table. also i want to handle insert/update process.

i'm having little experience in ssis.

please provide me the solution with steps to create it.
